Android blocks installs from outside the Play Store by default — that's expected, not a sign something's wrong. One extra tap and you're through it.
Step 1
Tap the button above on your Android phone — it downloads straight from this page, not a third-party app store.

Pull down your notification shade, or open Files → Downloads, and tap the file you just downloaded.

Android will ask once — tap Settings, then turn on "Allow from this source" for your browser or Files app.
