Fulnex Order Sync · free WordPress plugin

Orders In Fulnex The Instant They Happen

Pushes new and updated WooCommerce orders straight to your Fulnex account in real time — no more waiting on a scheduled sync. Pair it with a short code from your Fulnex dashboard and you're done.

Requires an existing Fulnex account · free

How it works

Step 1

Get a pairing code

In your Fulnex account, go to Portals and click "Connect via Plugin" for a short, 15-minute code.

Step 2

Install & paste the code

Install this plugin, open WooCommerce → Fulnex Order Sync, and paste the code in.

Step 3

Orders push instantly

Every new order and status change pushes to Fulnex in the background — checkout is never slowed down.

Built to be narrow and safe

It does exactly one thing — push orders — and nothing else on your store.

Real time, not 30 minutes

  • Pushes on order creation and every status change
  • Non-blocking — never delays checkout for the shopper
  • Replaces waiting on a scheduled sync entirely

Scoped and disconnectable

  • Doesn't use or need your WooCommerce REST API keys
  • Its own short-lived pairing code and connection-specific secret
  • One click to disconnect — the site stops pushing immediately

One-way, doesn't touch your store

  • Sends order data to Fulnex — never writes anything back
  • Doesn't change products, stock, or settings on your site
  • Works alongside your existing Fulnex connection, if any

Questions

Yes. This plugin is a connector for the Fulnex platform and has no function on its own without an active Fulnex account — it doesn't add any features to your WooCommerce store by itself.
No. The push to Fulnex happens in the background after the order is placed — a non-blocking request that never delays the customer's checkout.
Order details only: status, totals, line items (SKU, quantity, price), shipping method, and billing/shipping name and contact details — the same information WooCommerce already stores for the order.
Yes — click Disconnect on the plugin's settings page. The site immediately stops pushing orders.
Only if you also want product/stock catalogue sync, which this plugin doesn't handle — that still goes through the regular Portal connection. This plugin only accelerates order delivery.
